I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They were able to speak English, which was a great relief for me. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a small kitchen that had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The hotel also had excellent wifi, which was a big plus for me.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a nice area.

This hotel is in a beautiful place.

The bathroom was dirty and smell urine. I called to maid service. The maid came and sprayed a fresh air perfume, but after a few minutes the bad smell back. The cover of the thin one was untied and cut my foot

The pool is nice. Great choice for weekend. Barra da Tijuca neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Room met all required needs...

The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs for lounging. There was a mall within walking distance that had lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The location was great, as it was close to the beach and had easy access to public transportation.

The room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and rude, making it difficult to enjoy our stay. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not good. The internet was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. we were disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious. I also believe we stayed in a recently renovated room.

The front desk staff was very unprepaired to handle a fully booked hotel during Rock in Rio. The bathroom had urine smell.

Mildew in the shower. The carpets were filthy. They did not have our reservation on arrival. The food in the restaurant was very poor; my steak was so tough I gave up on it. There was no option for bottled water-- bad in a Latin American hotel. There was no Internet available in my room--the wireless did not reach to the 25th floor and the cat5 connection in the room did not work. Access to the pool was unavailable at both 8pm and 9am.

We loved the location, right on top of a beautiful beach with plenty of beachside kiosks. This hotel is located in a nice area with a supermarket within walking distance, making it easy to grab any essentials. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive.

This hotel is in a lovely area, not far from the international airport and there's a supermarket within walking distance. the pool area is nice and the pool is clean.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tired, with some mould on the ceilings.
